OUR FAMILY
Scott Dougherty married Jennifer Bezner back in 2009. He started working at Bezner Insurance in 2013 and took over the company in 2021. The Dougherty family lives in Gainesville and loves being involved in the Cooke and Grayson county communities. They have 6 beautiful children and love helping others.
Susan Fleitman and her husband, Kenneth, have lived in Lindsay for their entire married lives. They raised their sons in this community and now enjoy life in their home located in the heart of town. Susan began her career as the office manager at Bezner Insurance in 2006. In 2012, she got her Property/Casualty License and became an insurance agent. Although she has partially retired, however, her commitment to our clients remains strong. She'll do whatever it takes to make sure that Bezner Insurance takes care of you and your family.
Andrea comes to Bezner Insurance with a vast amount of experience in both the banking and insurance industries. As a leader in a major financial institution she learned about the financial needs of the people she assisted daily. As a former insurance agency owner, she mastered her understanding of this ever-changing and complicated industry. She now homeschools her children, and provides excellent service to our clients.
Nathan Parker is a recent graduate of NCTC, where he earned his associate's degree. He is licensed in both Georgia and Texas for Life, Property, and Casualty insurance and also holds a Georgia Realtor's license. Nathan is deeply involved in his community and enjoys building strong relationships with clients. He is married to Bridget Parker, who is a mobile dog groomer..
Malcolm is the Life Insurance Department manager at Bezner Insurance. After a short career in the financial planning and industry, Malcolm chose to join our team as a back office administrator but since earned his licenses in Life and Health Insurance and Property and Casualty to back up the Bezner team. He has a unique understanding of how much of an impact Life Insurance can have on your family and your finances and how it can be a great tool to assist with investments, college, weddings, long-term care, and the obvious, end of life expenses. He, along with his network in the industry, are dedicated and determined to structure any policy(ies) to suit your needs and wants.
He is backed by his incredible wife, Krista, who is a brilliant teacher and has been serving the great state of Texas for 5 years, recently earning Captainship, in the Texas State Guard. They have 2 boys who have each chosen to support their country as United States Marines. Isaac has served his 4 years and is now home working on his music production skills and education. Matthew, now a Sergeant in the USMC, is married to an intelligent, witty and beautiful woman and they have a son. He will be a civilian again in 2025. Kaatje, his daughter, is currently attending Highlands College studying ministry is gifted with a beautiful singing voice and regularly competes (and wins) in extreme fitness events.
